No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is purchased. Please ensure you review the product details and specifications before making a purchase.

Refunds for Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. To process a refund or replacement, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at nacrebymt@gmail.com.
  2. Provide proof of the damage (photos of the damaged item and the packaging).
  3. We will assess the damage and notify you regarding the refund or replacement eligibility.

Once your refund is approved, we will process it and initiate the refund to you via bank transfer. Please allow 

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lifelong Repair Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a lifelong repair service. If your product needs repair due to wear and tear or other issues, please contact us at nacrebymt@gmail.com to arrange for repairs.

  • Repairs may take 3-6 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Shipping costs for sending the item to us for repair and for us to send them back to you are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some repairs may require a service fee depending on the nature of the repair. We will inform you of any costs before proceeding.
